Terms of Service

1. Skills are honed through constant practice and consistent nurturing of morale and confidence. Hence, students and guardians alike shall not criticize, make-fun-of or say hurtful things towards their works or the creations of their child / children or fellow Art Mama learners.

 

2.  Missing a class or a workshop means the student  is forfeiting his/her payment for the missed session.

 

3. Art Mama's Policy on Make-Up Classes:

 

3. A. For children's online workshops, a recording of the class will be made available upon request. This allows  flexibility for parents and guardians to access the session at their convenience.

 

3. B. For adult's online workshops, a dedicated Google Classroom will be created for each class. All class materials, resources, and recordings will be consolidated there, allowing students to review and access the content at their convenience throughout the program's duration.

 

3. C. For in-person workshops at the Art Mama Studio, if you're unable to attend a session, the tuition fee can be transferred ONCE to another person or available schedule.

 

4. All provided materials are for the exclusive use of Art Mama and its students.  Students should not share or upload class materials, such as, but not limited to, class recordings, PowerPoint presentations and handouts.

 

5. In cases of power and connectivity issues or interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances which hinder Art Mama  from carrying out a scheduled class, students will be informed, through the class group chat (GC) or through the contact details they have provided, if a class will be rescheduled.

6. The schedules and lesson plans are subject to changes as deemed necessary by the Teacher or Facilitator in charge, without prior notice.

7.  Payments made are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another individual or applied to a different batch or class, provided the new batch or class has the same tuition fee amount as the original payment.
